Introduction
Thank you for taking the time to read my copyright and usage information. I know that it is often easy to take an image that an artist or photographer has created from the Web, a book, or other form of media, without paying for the use of that image. However, as an artist and photographer, I can tell you that my images are how I earn a living and I wouldn't be able to keep making photographs without people like you, who respect my copyright ownership. Using another person's images is often illegal. Instead, the right thing to do might be to pay the artist or photographer who created the original image a usage or licensing fee.

Angel Policy
There are a few, limited circumstances in which I allow the free use of my images and these are outlined here in this "Angel Policy". If you would like to use my images in another way, please contact me for licensing information.
Angel Policy Terms of Use:

All of my products are copyrighted and meant for personal and non-commercial use only. However, some valued customers enjoy my images so much, that they wish to include those images on personal blogs, personal videos or tubes, personal e-mail stationery, or in non-profit school projects. I do allow limited, non-profit, non-commercial use my images for these personal purposes only without a licensing fee provided that all points outlined in these Angel Policy Terms of Use are met.

You may only use my photographs for these personal non-profit, non-commercial purposes, non-business, non-money-making purposes: your own personal blog, your own personal videos or tubes, your own personal e-mail stationery, or school projects. School projects refer specifically to projects by a student for elementary, middle, junior high, or high schools and accredited colleges and universities provided that the student does not receive compensation or payment in any form for the project. Teachers of elementary, middle, junior high, or high schools and accredited colleges and universities may also use my photographs provided they receive no compensation or payments for the non-profit educational use over and beyond their regular salaries.

You may not change the resolution of my photographs (72 dpi). You may decrease the size but you may not increase the size of my photographs.

You may not alter or combine the photographs by adding to or removing parts of them. You must leave the copyright mark. You may not change the coloring, sharpness, or other attributes of the photographs.

You must download and then host the photographs that you use and not simply link to them.

You may not print out the photographs unless you are using them for a school project or educational use where you will not receive any compensation.

If possible, please include a link back to http://www.gaalphotography.com with or near the photographs that you use.

Consider making a small donation of $1 or more in return for your use of my photography using either the PayPal Donate button or the Amazon Honor System button in the left navigation.

You may not use my photographs in any commercial, business-related, money-making, or "break-even" endeavor. You may not mechanically reproduce, scan, photograph, or alter any of my copyrighted images. You may not package my photographs by themselves or with other work or in any form and offer them for sale. You may not make the photographs available for downloading or use by other people.

The Gaal Photography logo may not be used.

You do not need to contact me further to use one or more of my photographs if you are following all of the guidelines of this Angel Policy, but I would love to hear about you and see how you're using them. Contact me and let me know about your projects and include a link or two. I'd love to hear from you! :-)
